These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wantuz mobile application and website ("Service") operated by wantuz.com ("Wantuz", "we", "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

Wantuz provides the following services:

  • Address storage and management
  • Bank account (IBAN) storage and management
  • Password vault
  • Business card scanning and OCR
  • QR code sharing
  • User profile and sharing page

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid phone number to create an account
  • You are responsible for keeping your account information secure
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service
  • Each person may only have one account

4. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Not use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Not store content belonging to others without permission
  • Not attempt to access others' accounts
  • Not harm or overload our systems

5. Premium Subscriptions

  • Wantuz offers free and paid (Silver, Gold) plans
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are subject to app store policies
  • We reserve the right to change prices

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Wantuz application and all content are our intellectual property
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Service
  • You retain ownership of content you upload

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is"
  • We are not responsible for data loss
  • We recommend regular backups of your data
  • Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law

8. Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time
  • We may terminate accounts that violate Terms
  • Your data will be deleted within 30 days after account deletion

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts have jurisdiction for any disputes.
